We are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process for residential and commercial properties in both off-plan and secondary markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions
  • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of listings on portals and internal CRM
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market is a plus (off-plan and/or secondary)
  • Energetic, sales-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator with a client-first approach
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • RERA certification (or willing to obtain)

Client Advisor – Nigeria

Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and driven Client Advisor to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing high-value client relationships, offering bespoke investment-based migration advice, and guiding clients through the Residency & Citizenship journey with the highest level of service and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects the luxury and professionalism of our brand.
  • Provide strategic, goal-based advice to high-net-worth individuals and families seeking Citizenship or Residency by Investment solutions.
  • Drive business growth through networking, referrals, and outreach, acting as a true Brand Ambassador.
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring trust, retention, and consistent follow-up.
  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their objectives.
  • Maintain full ownership of the client journey from initial consultation to post-submission service.
  • Produce customized quotes and manage payment collections aligned with program milestones.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and client engagement in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to deliver comprehensive, compliant, and timely solutions.
  • Stay current on all relevant immigration regulations and updates related to CBI programs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, visual standards, and procedures.
  • Represent the firm with discretion, diplomacy, and a high degree of professionalism.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with HNW clients, preferably in CBI, wealth management, private banking, or luxury sales.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of global CBI/RBI programs is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort working with client data and performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and client orientated.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

We are seeking a graphic designer with strong experience in creation of company collateral, branding and creativity.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics, and other print and digital assets. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce brochures, white papers, and other print materials that align with our brand identity.
  • Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Develop engaging graphics for social media, website content, and digital marketing campaigns across META suite and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Assist in the layout and design of reports, proposals, and client-facing materials.
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
